Reconstructive Procedures

Our doctors perform a wide range of reconstructive foot and ankle surgeries, including bunion correction, flatfoot reconstruction, hammertoe repair, ankle and big toe joint replacement, arthritis fusions, and revision surgery for failed prior procedures. Every plan is built around your specific goals and recovery timeline.

Medical Treatments

We provide ongoing medical care for chronic and complex conditions including diabetes, heel pain, arthritis (rheumatoid, gout, psoriatic, and osteoarthritis), neuropathy, fungal toenails, skin cancer, and infection. We also specialize in geriatric foot care.

Platelet-Rich Plasma

PRP therapy is an advanced regenerative treatment that uses your body’s own healing factors to accelerate recovery. The office was run so efficiently, and great pains were taken to get me in for an appointment. Dr. Castelein and his assistant were beyond friendly and knowledgeable.
